Second Post!

Still Spring

I took a second series of pictures of the plants around the yard starting to grow. I was pretty excited, it was a loooong winter. haha

Like I had said, I ripped up the flat rubber mulch and made the garden border from random bricks I found in the front yard

Please notice the giant mud pit in front of the fence. The dogs sure did.

A patch of Jellybean Sedum in the front porch garden bed. The old brick border is still there, I eventually change this to a prettier cut stone border.

Some Evening Primrose sprouting red leaves with Tiger Lilies peeking in the background.

Our beautiful glossy Holly bush and the Tiger Lilies before they overwhelm the poor Holly.

The first signs of life in the back shade bed.

Some lovely Hens and Chicks from my friend Cheryl. :)

The Rubber Tree is allowed outside for the summer. It's pretty happy.

The Forget Me Not's are also from Cheryl. Thanks!

Hostas in the shade bed.

Bleeding Hearts.

Stevie and Fennel rummaging around.

That's all for tonight, I'm off to bed. I took more pictures today so there are a couple more posts still lined up for me to do.
